How to cope up with an incomplete mission

Entrepreneurship today is about partnering. You want it or not, being with like-minded and making partners is to expedite your firms’ goal. I am not in the opinion that it is the case for everyone; you can be a unique breed to accomplish individually. I value such individuals. But most of the time, it is about making partners.

The partnership can be in people, friends, relatives, or co-workers. Sometimes partnership is in between different functional expertise. Someone can be a developer, handle architects, or champion sales.

It works well with responsibilities shared, and they set expectations in the right faith. All about making products. Such work needs to be defined crystal clear before the firm announced. My friends, who aspired to be entrepreneurs, did everything right. He had a Ph.D. in Data Science and wanted to make an actuary product to help corporate understand the liabilities of perks corporate give in employment.

Everything was good enough, but one day, his partner quit. The reason for quit can be anything. But that jeopardized my friend’s life.

He has come out of it. But things were depressing for some time. I realized this happens with 1 firm in 5, partners ditch and desert the firm. This article will help you understand when things go much worse.

Mission Incomplete

Take a time and think over

It works to take time. Never request anyone to come back. It can make someone feel pricy. The best in such a situation is to keep calm. There might be a reason why some left. It can be a reason that project is mission-impossible or probably the dream project doesn’t have any market.

You need to think like a devil’s advocate and make your move step by step.

It makes sense if you alone can’t run the firm. There is no harm to throw up the idea and find another day. Don’t go emotional and try to do things like a superman. Don’t get on it and live today to try another.

Find a new partner

If someone couldn’t be your partner, then there can be others who can make you better than whom you lost. Try finding one who can be. It will be tough, but you can try to get a better partner.

This time, don’t make a mistake. Make sure you be theoretical right with your choice. Go bookish in your approach. Book doesn’t mean that you read something in a rule book, rather just take a bookish approach.

Can you do it alone

This can be tough, but then it will be your pet project. Make smaller moves and set it right. Make a list of things you would need to go all alone. You would need an engineering team, funds, and a sales plan. Get things to step by step and make it your firm.

Going all alone is grand for you. You will feel owned and every piece of responsibility is yours. It needs motivation and discipline like a monk. You need to get up on time, work on your to-do list, keep going work and make the things which you planned for.

You will be in exile for some time, but then this will make your time for life.

I suggest, make it. It will be your effort and your firm.
