We work on customer persona and want to hit bang on firms across your reach. Anyone who starts a small business would love to get big-ticket customers first. Trust me, you will break into failing as big-ticket guys are tough to get business. They would like to postmortem your product. Grill to know what they would get for the next five years at least. 8. Be Authentic

You need to wear your business on your sleeves. Be true to your intent and efforts. Business needs to be nurtured the same way as a newborn kid. The better you take care, the better it will perform. Be authentic with research, goals, MVP, persona, target audience, and mantra.
The small business fails when the runner of the firm gets disloyal. Authentic in starting a small business is as good as being authentic self.
